Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are:
Unopened
Unused
In their original packaging
Return requests must be made within (540) 272-5878 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at pouchandpowder@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used products
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within (540) 272-5878 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
